"Quality is not a goal, it's a starting point" 1

  • Initial Quality. Our door is always open, however only a tiny percentage of suppliers make the cut. We are fanatical about quality and we sell nothing but the very finest wines and spirits at their respective value/price points. There are no line items in our entire portfolio that we do not believe in or stand behind 100%.
  • Line Item Veto. We do not engage in linked buying or package deals because we do not sell using those tactics. We've left many outstanding wineries behind when an allocation of one item was dependent on purchasing another.
  • Balance. A balance of styles, price points & regions will always remain a principal goal for the portfolio.
  • Wine Sales 101. Lesson 1. Value Always Works. Low end, high end, good economy, bad economy. Our portfolio has only one constant theme: Value. Price to quality ratios at all levels in our book are unmatched in Arizona.
  • Bring it on. We take pride in tackling tough assignments and work with our suppliers to enhance their sales of difficult items or to difficult accounts. We say yes to many tough jobs, but we reserve the right to say 'no' when they make no sense for Arizona.
  • From each according to their abilities to each according to their needs2. Each supplier and each item within a supplier's portfolio will be reviewed individually to determine specific price points, marketing approach; inventory levels. No two suppliers and no two items are ever quite the same.
